This is a Claude Code box with the HyperFrames toolkit already installed — 17 skills covering the whole path from a one-line brief to a rendered file. You describe the launch in a paragraph, or drop a design.md, and the agent picks the workflow, composes the scenes, renders, and previews.
What the promo video maker can build
The workflows are separate skills, so the agent routes by what you actually asked for:
- Product launch video — SaaS promo, feature reveal, app or company launch, or a script you already wrote turned into a product video.
- Website to video — point it at a URL and it captures the site with headless Chrome and cuts a tour or a social clip from the site's own visuals.
- PR to video — hand it a GitHub pull request and it ingests title, body, diff, commits and +/- stats into a narrated code-diff / before-and-after explainer.
- Motion graphics — kinetic typography, a stat count-up, a chart hit, a logo sting, a lower-third.
- Faceless explainer — arbitrary text to narrator scripts, audio, and a typography or data-viz video. Sweet spot is roughly 30 to 90 seconds.
- Captions and overlays — 32 caption identities in one catalog, plus timed lower-thirds, quotes and picture-in-picture layered onto footage you already have.
- Slideshows — pitch decks with fragment reveals and hotspot navigation, authored as a composition.
What lands in your fork
The full toolkit, not a starter kit.
Voice and music are handled in the box: text-to-speech through HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or local Kokoro; background music through Google Lyria or local MusicGen; Whisper transcription and background removal for footage you bring. Animation runs on seven runtime adapters — GSAP by default, plus Lottie, Three.js, Anime.js, CSS keyframes, the Web Animations API, and TypeGPU. The CLI loop (init, lint, inspect, preview, render, doctor) is already wired, so the agent can check its own work before it hands you a file. Already on Remotion? There is a porting skill for that.
What you supply
Your own Claude Code login, and a HyperFrames API key exported in the shell as HYPERFRAMES_API_KEY. No keys ship inside the template snapshot — you set yours after the fork, on a box only you can reach.

You should get a rendered file and a preview link, not a storyboard PDF. Drop a short design.md instead of the one-liner when you want to control palette, typography, and beats.
Honest limits
- It does not replace a full After Effects pipeline. It replaces the afternoon you would spend stitching a timeline for a 30-second clip.
- A HyperFrames account and key are required. There is no path around that.
- Claude Code only — this box is not a Hermes or Codex fork.
- Render time and model spend are yours.
