About this template
Ads that look hand-drawn, not generated
Vertical ads announce themselves in half a second. Plastic faces. Magic glows. Text that wobbles. Your viewer is gone before the hook lands.
Notebook doodles don't trip that alarm.
Yellowed ruled paper, blue lines, red margin, and a shaky pencil that turns to bold ink exactly where your product traces it. Your viewer spent two decades drawing on that paper, so the brain files the clip as a doodle coming to life rather than as an ad. Imperfection reads as style instead of as a generation flaw.
This fork is the whole creative system, packaged as one Claude Code skill.
Whiteboard animation, drawn on notebook paper
Same family as classic whiteboard animation. A hand draws, the story builds, and you stay to watch the line finish.
Different surface. Different mechanic.
Instead of marker on a white board it is pencil on ruled paper, and the upgrade beat is a trace, not a zap. Your product moves along the weak pencil lines and they go bold where it touched. Cause first. Effect a beat later, primed by a mid-transformation start frame before any clip runs.
That's the part cheap AI ads get wrong. Here it's hard-coded into the prompts.
What lands in your fork
- The notebook-doodle-ad skill: intake, VO, start frames, clips, edit
- Master prompts - STYLE BASE, per-beat start frames, the transformation money shot, labeled clip prompts
- A beat-by-beat voice-over map with ElevenLabs mood tags
- Page-flip transition plus a CapCut stacking checklist
- A sample Lineforge brief, so you can watch a full run before you risk your own product
What you supply
Four accounts, all yours:
- Claude Code - your model credentials on the forked VM
- ElevenLabs - the mood-tagged voice-over
- Higgsfield (or Nano Banana Pro for start frames plus Seedance 2.0 for clips) - you paste the delivered prompts
- CapCut - clips, VO, light paper-scratch music, clean brand and CTA overlays
Product shots and the one style-reference image are per-job uploads. No credentials ship in the template.
Your first five minutes
Fork, then say:
Make a notebook-doodle ad for my product: <name> - <one-liner>.
Vertical, ~40 seconds. CTA: <action>.
Or type run the example demo to watch the Lineforge sample end to end.
You get one approval block: full VO with mood tags, the story board, the product lock line. Say go, and the prompt package comes back ready to paste.
Where this stops
It writes the package. You generate and cut.
Nothing renders inside the VM. Every frame comes out of your Higgsfield or Seedance account, every cut happens in your CapCut. Brand names and CTAs go on as text overlays, because generated lettering wobbles and viewers notice.
It also needs a product with a clear before-and-after - a pen, an app, a supplement, a gadget. The trace beat is the whole mechanic, so if nothing visibly changes, there is nothing for the ink to land on.
Wrong template if you want photoreal UGC talking heads or Vox-style paper collage. Those are separate builds.
