## README

# Make product ads that look hand-drawn — not AI

You've seen the problem.

Vertical ads that scream "generated." Plastic faces. Magic glows. Text that wobbles. Viewers clock it in half a second and scroll.

There's a style they don't clock.

**Notebook doodles.** Old yellowish lined paper. Blue rules. Red margin. Shaky pencil that becomes bold ink where the product physically traces the line.

Why it works: your viewer has spent two decades drawing on this paper. The brain files the ad as a childhood doodle coming to life — not as an ad. The guard never goes up. And a doodle is *supposed* to look imperfect, so every generation flaw reads as style.

This agent is the whole creative system. You talk about your product. It writes the voice-over with ElevenLabs mood tags, locks one style reference, builds dedicated start frames per beat, and hands you Seedance clip prompts with the **trace mechanic** already hard-coded. CapCut stack notes included.

No prompt archaeology. No last-frame quality death spiral. No "zap the hero with a magic glow" cheap version.

## Who this is for

You're a fit if:

- You need a **~40s vertical product ad** (pen, app, supplement, gadget — anything with a clear "before → after")
- You want ads that **don't look like AI** — hand-drawn, ruled paper, pencil→ink
- You'd rather **approve one script** than reverse-engineer Higgsfield prompts from a Twitter thread

You're not a fit if you want photoreal UGC talking heads or Vox-style paper collage. Different templates.

## What you get the moment you fork

- **`notebook-doodle-ad` skill** — intake → VO + story → start frames → Seedance clips → CapCut
- **Master prompts** — STYLE BASE, per-beat start frames, transformation money-shot, clip prompts with labeled rules
- **Trace, don't zap** — weak lines become bold ink only where the product physically touches them
- Style bible, 5–6 beat VO map, ElevenLabs mood tags, page-flip transition, CapCut edit checklist
- Sample **Lineforge** brief for smoke demos (never baked as your brand)

## How a job runs

1. Tell it the product, the simple product design (word-for-word), and the story metaphor.
2. It shows **one** approval block: full VO with mood tags + story board + product lock line.
3. You say go.
4. You get STYLE BASE, per-beat start-frame prompts, the transformation frame, Seedance clip prompts (static top-down, SFX only), page-flip, ElevenLabs script, CapCut stack.
5. Generate in **your** Higgsfield + ElevenLabs accounts. Edit in CapCut. Brand/CTA as clean overlays — not generated lettering.

You leave with a package you can finish in one sitting.

## Say this after you fork

```
Make a notebook-doodle ad for my product: <name> — <one-liner>.
Vertical, ~40 seconds. CTA: <action>.
```

Or: `run the example demo` for the fictional Lineforge sample.

## Bring your own keys (nothing is baked in)

1. **Claude Code** — your own model credentials on the forked VM.
2. **ElevenLabs** — your account for the mood-tagged voice-over.
3. **Higgsfield** (or Nano Banana Pro start frames + Seedance 2.0 clips elsewhere) — your account; paste the delivered prompts.
4. **CapCut** — stitch clips + VO + light paper-scratch music + brand/CTA text overlays.

Product images and the one style-reference image are per-job uploads. No credentials ship in the template.

## The mechanic that makes it land

Most AI "upgrade" moments are a cheap zap — glow, arrows, instant power-up.

This system forces the **physical** version: the product moves along the weak pencil lines and they turn bold **exactly where it touched**. Cause first. Effect a beat later. Primed by a mid-transformation start frame before any clip runs.

That's why the ads feel like a hand inking a sketch — not like a filter.
