# Monday Brief Operator

> Your Monday morning, in one screen. Connect QuickBooks and HubSpot and this Hermes agent gives you the rundown before your coffee's cold - cash on hand and any crunch coming, sales vs last week, which deals are stuck, the week ahead, and the top 3 things to do (each tied to a real number). It reports; you act. Read-only - it never moves a deal or sends a thing. Not financial advice.

## README

# Monday Brief Operator

It's 8am Monday. Instead of opening five tabs to figure out where the business stands, you ask one agent: *"what's on my plate this week?"* - and get a single screen back.

## What you get

Fork it, connect your tools, and ask for your **Monday brief**. It assembles one screen from whatever's connected:

- **Cash** (QuickBooks) - what's on hand, any crunch coming, overdue invoices worth chasing this week.
- **Sales** - this week vs last week, up or down.
- **Pipeline** (HubSpot) - deals moving, deals stuck, the one slipping before forecast.
- **Week ahead** - your key meetings and commitments.
- **Top 3 to-dos** - the three highest-leverage moves this week, each tied to a specific number above.

Connect only QuickBooks and you get the cash view. Add HubSpot and the sales + pipeline picture fills in. It **degrades gracefully** and tells you what's missing - it never invents a number.

## It reports. You act.

This operator is **read-only** by construction. It reads QuickBooks and HubSpot to build your brief - it will **never** move a deal, email a contact, send anything, or modify a record, even if you ask. It hands you the picture and the priorities; you act in your own tools.

## Good fit if

- You start the week reacting instead of deciding, because the numbers live in five places.
- You run on QuickBooks and/or HubSpot and want them in one Monday summary.
- You want an agent you **own** on a paid microVM - your keys, your data.

## Not for you if

- You want it to update HubSpot or send emails for you (by design, it won't).
- You don't use QuickBooks or HubSpot (connect at least one for a useful brief).

## Setup (BYOK, ~3 minutes)

1. Fork -> a paid Firecracker microVM boots with the skill pre-installed.
2. `hermes config set OPENROUTER_API_KEY ...` (your model key).
3. Authorize the `quickbooks` and `hubspot` MCP servers (OAuth, your accounts).
4. Ask: *"give me my Monday brief"*.

**This is not financial, tax, or legal advice.** The agent reports numbers; you (and where it matters, your accountant) decide. First purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. No free trial.
