# Hiring Operator

Hiring is two jobs a small-business owner dreads: writing a post that doesn't sound like corporate mush, and reading a stack of resumes they don't have time for. This agent does both, on your own paid box - and it works entirely from what you paste, no tool to connect.

## What you get

**Write the job post** - say *"I'm hiring a part-time bookkeeper"* and describe the role. It drafts a post in your voice: a specific title, an honest hook, real day-to-day responsibilities, must-haves (kept short, not a wish-list), comp + logistics, and how to apply. It pushes you for a comp range - posts without one get far fewer good applicants.

**Screen the applicants** - paste the resumes and ask *"who should I interview?"* It ranks them - interview / maybe / pass - each with a one-line reason tied to the actual resume, plus 2-3 screening questions for your top candidates.
