## README

# 30 people loved it. Zero paid.

If you have read *The Mom Test*, *The Lean Startup*, and *Building a StoryBrand* — and still open a blank chat when something breaks — this is for you.

This is a **Claude Code** agent with **15 skills** already installed from [getagentseal/founder-playbook](https://github.com/getagentseal/founder-playbook) (MIT): the decision trees from **14 books**, plus **diagnose** — a router that picks **one** primary skill and **one** concrete action for this week. Not four frameworks at once.

## The first prompt to try

After you fork and log into **your** Claude Code, paste:

> *I built an AI tool, talked to 30 people who said they love it, but zero have paid. What's wrong?*

You get a diagnosis path — usually Mom Test (were they polite?), then Four Steps / Lean (did you skip validation?), then StoryBrand (does the site talk about *you*?) — with a single next move, not a TED Talk on product-market fit.

## Who this is for

- Founders who have read the books and still freeze in the fog
- Pre-revenue or stuck under ~$10k MRR with "nice" interviews and no revenue
- Anyone tired of stacking Mom Test + Lean + StoryBrand into one prompt

**Not for you** if you want a course, a coach, or a substitute for reading Hormozi or Fitzpatrick. The skills are study aids. Buy the books.

Skills live as plain files under `~/.claude/skills/`. Read them. Edit them. They're yours after fork.

## How to fork (about 3 minutes)

1. Click **Fork** on this page (Starter plan is enough).
2. Open the terminal on your new microVM.
3. Log into Claude Code with **your** Anthropic account (`ANTHROPIC_API_KEY` or OAuth).
4. Paste the "30 loved it / 0 paid" prompt above.

No `git clone`. No `npx skills add`. No plugin marketplace. Nothing else to configure — skills auto-discover when your prompt matches the work.

Your login, keys, and edits stay on **your** microVM. That's the floor, not the pitch.
